We are a production partner for small and medium-sized companies. We deliver products and advise on the choice of the best manufacturing technology.

Stereolithography (SLA)
Stereolithography (SLA) is a production method based on the curing of photopolymer resins:
- An ideal method for prototyping and mass production – up to 10,000 pieces per month,
- A wide range of materials from basic resins to specialized mechanically resistant engineering resins,
- The working area of machines for prototypes is 1600 mm x 750 mm x 550 mm
- The minimum layer thickness is 0.6 mm,
- Possible processing of elements – polishing, dyeing, sandblasting

Selective Laser Melting (SLM)
Selective Laser Melting (SLM) is a production method based on laser melting of metal powders:
- An ideal method for the production of geometrically difficult elements and requiring extreme conditions,
- Basic materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, tool steel,
- The working area for metal printing is 320 mm x 320 mm x 400 mm
- The minimum layer thickness is 1.0 mm,
- Possible processing of elements – polishing, sandblasting.

Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM)
Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is a production method based on the layering of melted thermoplastic polymers:
- The best method for creating prototypes, short and medium production series,
- Basic printing materials such as ABS, PLA, PET, PP or POM.
- Ability to produce rubber elements, Shore 40D/45D
- Advanced engineering materials such as carbon fiber composites,
- Advanced engineering materials with special properties such as ULTEM, PEKK
- The working area is 400 mm x 400 mm x 400 mm
- The minimum layer thickness is 0.08 mm.
- Possible processing of elements – polishing, dyeing, sandblasting, coating

Selected production and prototype projects
We provide on-time deliveries at the level of 99.2%

Design and implementation of a prototype of a sound modification overlay
The task was to design a special honeycomb structure at the right angle to achieve an internal echo effect. The project was made in FDM technology to evaluate the model and then printed in SLM technology from 316l steel. The entire prototyping process took 5 working days.

Restoration and production of an upholstery tool
The task included recreating the sent upholstering tool, adapting it to 3D printing technology (FDM), ordering additional handles and mounting screws, and making the body of a special blend of polymers intended for the production of tools. 3 pieces of tools have been made. The entire process takes 4 working days.

Making a replacement element for a packaging machine
The service consisted in making 10 pieces of elements for the packaging machine. The delivery time for a commercial spare part exceeded 14 days, which would have resulted in a very large production stoppage. Due to the possibility of repeated damage, we proposed to the client to make the part from POM. Items were delivered within 24 hours of ordering.

A prototype of a medical product overlay for a start-up
The task included a consulting service and advice on which technology would be the best for making a prototype of a medical product. The start-up needed help in implementing a product that would be as similar (or identical) as possible to the final product, in order to start talks with potential investors. The whole thing took about 3 days.

Production of decorative figures
The task was to produce decorative figures along with painting and packaging. The order included the production, producing and painting of 500 figurines. The whole job took 1 weeks.

Production of a housing
The task was to propose a material and produce 10 test cases for the first series of devices. Our next task was the serial production of housings using 3D printing technology. The housing had to be chemically resistant to concentrated ethanol.

A set of mechanical parts for an automatic machine
The task was to produce parts working inside the machine responsible for the correct movement of the automation. Due to the specific working environment, i.e. high humidity, dynamic variable stresses, the product was made of ULTEM.

BMW 5 Alpina hubcap cover
Advantage? The price of the original part is three times higher than the replacement part. In addition, the waiting time has been reduced from 30 days to 1 business day (lockdown period). The replacement does not differ from the original in terms of quality.

Elements of the final product - contract production
The task was to design, develop an optimal production method and produce tools and check the optimal topology using the DFM method. Mass production on polymer injection molding machines made of ABS material. Production of up to 10,000 pieces per quarter.

Production of a robotic gripper for the medical industry
Advantage? The price of the original part is three times higher than the replacement. In addition, the waiting time has decreased from 30 days to 1 business day (lockdown period). The replacement does not differ from the original in terms of quality.
We know how to deliver on time and in repeatable quality. Thanks to modern digital factory management, we are able to shorten the production time to a minimum
